Franco showcases a menu that is reflective of iconic New York dishes rooted from Italian ancestory that are considered American staples today. The development of Franco was resemblant of Franco’s Italian past living in Naples and moving to the states, while carrying his authentic grandmother’s culinary memory with him. The concept is a showcase of Franco’s fun character, funky style, and comforting eating habit, in a retro American diner. 
Franco is planned to be diversely expanded in Kuwait and the region catered to all demographics & ages, with an aim to become the secure choice for any individual looking for convenience with premium comfort Italian food.
